MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jacob Westerberg, PhD, is the Managing Director of Westerberg Assessments. His work focuses on applying psychology to leadership assessment and evidence-based coaching.
He has built and led assessment programs across corporate, federal, and academic contexts, and brings discipline to both the science and the craft of leadership development.
